An Orientation Training Programme on Library Management on the theme : Community Library : Gateway to Global Knowledge Resources was held during 19th to 26th February, 2012 at State Central Library, Imphal. Jointly sponsored by : Ministry of Culture, GOI, RRRLF, Kolkata and Department of Art & Culture, GOM, Organised by Manipur Library Association (MALA), Imphal. The programme was conducted for the four districts of Manipur, namely Imphal West, Bishnupur, Imphal East and Thoubal.
